A What? A BHAG! A “Big Hairy Audacious Goal”, (from Jim Collins’ book ‘Built to last’). A very challenging and almost unimaginably big goal, to give a clear future direction. We interactively work towards personal leadership, or personal mastership. Focus of a training is on how to directly relevant execution of these elements within (and outside) the organisation.
